We have classes for Fitness,Woman’s self defence, kids Fitness & self defence, Business & Corporate groups, weightloss and Fighters from amature to Professional. Boxing Tip for the week- throw punches in bunches with Tempo/variety levels of Speed and think swift. To help improve your swiftness you must think of pulling your bunches back quickly and always be ready to double or triple up the same punch. At DRAGON HEALTH & FITNESS in MELBOURNE we have boxing daily 1pm and 6pm. And Saturday 12pm. Come try it out and see what you think.
